DESCRIPTION

The P797-2CC is a straight SMP male connector designed for surface mount PCB applications, featuring a limited detent interface compliant with MIL-STD-348. It operates from DC to 18 GHz with a nominal impedance of 50 Ohms, a maximum VSWR of 1.15:1, and an insertion loss of 0.10 dB. The connector is constructed with a BeCu alloy body and a brass alloy center conductor. Mechanically, the limited detent interface requires a maximum engagement force of 5.0 lbs and a minimum disengagement force of 1.5 lbs. This connector is suitable for high-frequency board-to-board interconnects and can operate in extreme temperatures from -65°C to +165°C.
