DESCRIPTION

The CLD2EA1C230 is a microprocessor-based conductive level controller designed for liquids with a wide sensitivity range, including sewage water and chemicals. It features adjustable sensitivity from 250 O to 500 kO via potentiometer and rotary switch, with dual 8 A DPDT relay outputs rated at 250 VAC for max/min control of charging and discharging applications. The unit operates at 230 VAC (195–265 VAC, 45–65 Hz) with a rated operational power of 5 VA, response times of 1 second for both ON-OFF and OFF-ON transitions, and operates reliably across -20°C to +50°C. It provides LED indication for output and power status, supports DIN rail mounting or 11-pin circular plug installation, and is suitable for industrial liquid level monitoring in sewage treatment, chemical processing, and water management systems.
