DESCRIPTION

The CA30CLN25BP is a capacitive level detector designed for plastic and rubber applications with remote teach-in functionality and specialized optimization for dry bulk material detection. It features automatic NPN or PNP load detection, selectable make (NO) or break (NC) switching via remote function, and TRIPLESHEILDTM sensor protection for enhanced EMC performance. The sensor withstands temperatures up to 120°C on the sensing surface, operates over a rated voltage range of 10 to 40 VDC, and provides a 3-wire DC output with humidity compensation. With a thermoplastic polyester housing, 2 m PVC cable, and comprehensive protection against short-circuit, reverse polarity, and transients, this detector is ideal for level sensing in harsh industrial environments requiring reliable and maintenance-free operation.
