DESCRIPTION
G34105501 is an 8-channel monostable transmitter designed to detect the states of volt-free contacts and transmit them over a Dupline® network. The device features individual channel coding capability via the GAP 1605 code programmer, allowing each input to be configured independently for specific transmission channels. It operates with Dupline® power supply, consuming between 400 µA and 700 µA when the LED is not activated, and up to 3.6 mA when activated, making it suitable for applications where no external power supply is available. The transmitter accommodates open-loop voltages of 5.3 to 7.6 VDC with a short-circuit current of 17 µA, supports cable lengths up to 3 m, and features a monostable function with operating times of =1 pulse train + 10 ms for signal "1" and =1 pulse train + 110 ms for signal "0". Housed in an H4 enclosure rated for DIN-rail mounting (EN 50022) with IP 20 protection, it operates reliably across -20°C to +50°C and is ideal for industrial automation, remote monitoring, and distributed control systems where power availability is limited.
