DESCRIPTION
SO869970 is a single-phase power solid state relay designed for synchronous switching of most types of AC loads. It features back-to-back thyristors with TMS2 (Thermo Mechanical Stress Solution) technology on the output, providing a long operational lifetime with output ratings from 24 to 510VAC at 125A. The relay incorporates a wide control voltage range of 20–265VAC or 18–240VDC with regulated control current (5–10 mA), very low zero-cross voltage, and over-voltage protection (VDR) on the output for high immunity to transient disturbances per IEC/EN61000-4-4 and IEC/EN61000-4-5. Input-to-output insulation is rated at 4000 VRMS with an insulation resistance of 1000 MO at 500VDC. The relay operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and must be mounted on a heatsink with appropriate thermal management. This device is ideal for industrial applications requiring reliable AC load switching with high noise immunity and long service life.
