CQB50W12-72S48 is a 50-watt isolated DC-DC converter module designed for industrial railway and transportation systems. It accepts a wide input voltage range of 14–160 VDC with a 12:1 ratio and delivers a regulated 48 VDC output at up to 1.05 A maximum current. The module achieves efficiency up to 88–89% at nominal 72 VDC input and full load, with low no-load power consumption of 8 mA. It features comprehensive protection including over-temperature (OTP), over-current (OCP), over-voltage (OVP), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO), along with 3000 Vdc input-to-output isolation. The quarter-brick form factor (2.28" × 1.45" × 0.5") meets industrial standards and is fully compliant with EN50155, IEC/EN/UL 62368-1, and EN45545-2 fire and smoke standards. Operating over a wide case temperature range of -40°C to +100°C with 5000 m altitude capability, this converter is ideal for railway power distribution, vehicle charging systems, and other demanding industrial applications requiring high reliability and regulatory compliance.
