DESCRIPTION
The 3132-22-1-0500-001-1-TS is a UL3132-certified silicone rubber wire designed for high-temperature industrial applications requiring superior flexibility and thermal resistance. It features a tinned copper conductor with 17 strands of 0.16 mm diameter, an overall diameter of 1.60 mm ± 0.10 mm, and silicone rubber insulation 0.39 mm thick, delivering exceptional performance in confined spaces and extreme environments. The wire is rated for 300V at 150°C continuous operation (down to -30°C) with an insulation potential strength of 2000 VAC/min and a maximum conductor resistance of 62.5 O/km, offering excellent resistance to oil, thermal extremes, and mechanical flexing. It is dual-rated for use in both USA and Canada (UL and CSA certified) and passes FT2 flame testing, making it ideal for sealed cooking appliances, lighting equipment, internal combustion engines, and mercury switches where high temperature and flexibility are critical requirements.
