DESCRIPTION
The RJD3048SP8 is a rechargeable lithium-ion coin cell battery with a nominal voltage of 3.7 VDC (operating range 4.2 VDC to 3.0 VDC) and a nominal capacity of 300 mAh, designed for wearable electronics and IoT memory backup circuits. It features a graphite anode and lithium nickel manganese cobalt oxide cathode, with a maximum internal resistance of 9.3 mO and dimensions of 30 mm diameter by 4.9 mm thickness. The cell charges via constant current/constant voltage (CCCV) method at 4.2 VDC ± 0.03V with a charging current of 0.5C (145 mA) and completes charging in less than 3.0 hours; discharge current ranges from 0.2C (standard) to 2C (maximum). Operating temperature range is -20°C to +60°C, with storage capability up to 6 months at -20°C to +25°C. The SP8 termination style includes a Molex 51021-0200 connector, making it suitable for direct integration into circuit boards and portable devices requiring long-life, high-power-density energy storage.
