DESCRIPTION

RB175 is a wrap-around mounting bracket designed for vertical mounting of cylindrical capacitors with a diameter range of 1" to 1-1/16". Manufactured by Cornell Dubilier, this bracket is constructed from 1010 CRS (cold-rolled steel) commercial grade #4 temper material with a thickness of 0.035 inches and finished with 0.0001 inches nominal zinc chromate plating for corrosion resistance. The bracket features mounting holes with 0.1561" diameter and is compatible with CG types, PSU, SF, and MPF capacitor types. RB175 is commonly used in electrical and electronic applications where secure vertical mounting of cylindrical components is required, providing reliable retention and simplified installation without the need for protective wrapping.
