DESCRIPTION

380LX183M050A452 is a high capacitance snap-in aluminum electrolytic capacitor designed for switching power supply input/output circuits and motor drive applications. It features a capacitance of 18000 µF with a rated voltage of 50 Vdc (63 Vdc surge), a maximum ESR of 0.028 ohms at 120 Hz and 0.021 ohms at 20 kHz, and ripple current ratings of 6.94 A at 120 Hz and 7.98 A at 20 kHz at +85°C. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and has a nominal size of 35 x 55 mm. This component is ideal for applications requiring high capacitance in a compact snap-in package, offering excellent performance in power electronics where multiple units in parallel can approach the ripple capability of computer-grade capacitors.
