DESCRIPTION

The 380LX822M050K032 is a Type 380LX high-capacitance snap-in aluminum electrolytic capacitor designed for 50 Vdc applications with a maximum surge voltage of 63 Vdc. This capacitor features 8200 µF nominal capacitance and is rated for continuous operation at temperatures up to 85°C, with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C for voltages =250 Vdc. The device exhibits a maximum ESR of 0.067 ohms at +25°C and delivers 4.40 A ripple current at 120 Hz and 5.10 A at 20 kHz when operating at +85°C. With a nominal size of 30 mm diameter × 35 mm length, this capacitor is well-suited for switching power supply input and output circuits, motor drives, and other applications requiring high ripple current capability and compact form factor.
