DESCRIPTION

E0400-167 is a Posi-Lok E0400 Series single pole male plug designed for industrial power connectivity applications. This orange-position plug features double set screw termination for #2-2/0 AWG cable sizes and utilizes the proven Cam-Lok double cam principle for a positive, vibration-proof connection. The connector meets NEC Article 520-53 Section K and Article 530-22 Section A standards, with recessed contacts protected by an insulating jacket that extends beyond contact ends for safety. The polarized design eliminates the possibility of cross-phasing, while the sequential interlock system ensures proper connection and disconnection sequence. Common applications include motors, generators, indoor and outdoor lighting distribution panels, and stand-by power systems.
