DESCRIPTION

E1016-1728BB is an orange female insulated single pole receptacle from the Cam-Lok J-Series, designed for double hole busbar mounting in industrial power applications. This receptacle features a double cam principle that provides a positive, vibration-proof connection with high conductivity brass contacts machined for smooth sliding fit and easy locking action. The watertight elastomeric TPE body is molded from colorfast material and color-coded orange for easy phase identification, with recessed contacts protected by an insulating jacket that extends beyond contact ends for safety. Rated for 600V AC/DC up to 400A continuous (or 480V AC/DC up to 315A continuous), it accommodates cable sizes from 1/0 to 4/0 and operates in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The receptacle is UL1691 and CSA certified with NEMA 3R rating, making it ideal for motors, generators, lighting distribution panels, and standby power applications.
