DESCRIPTION

E1016-8062 is a Cam-Lok J-Series crimp non-vulcanized female plug designed for single pole connectivity in industrial power applications. This black-colored connector accepts cable sizes 1/0-2/0 and features watertight elastomeric TPE insulators that are color-coded for easy phase identification. The plug incorporates a double cam principle providing a positive, vibration-proof connection with contacts machined from high conductivity brass for smooth sliding fit and easy locking action. Recessed contacts are protected by an insulating jacket extending beyond contact ends for safety, while an integrated strain relief system prevents cable jacket pull-away. Certified to UL1691 and CSA C22.2 No.1691-12 with NEMA 3R rating, this connector is ideal for motors, generators, lighting distribution panels, and stand-by power applications.
