DESCRIPTION

The 81281010 is a pneumatic position detector microvalve designed for industrial automation and control systems. It features a normally open (NO) configuration with vertical output orientation, operating across a pressure range of 2 to 8 bar with an orifice diameter of 2.7 mm. The device delivers a flow rate of 200 NI/min at 6 bars and requires an operating force of 15 N at 6 bars, with an effective travel distance of 1 mm. The microvalve utilizes push-in connections for semi-rigid tubing (Ø 4 mm per NFE 49100 standard) and operates reliably across temperatures from -5°C to +50°C. With a mechanical life rating of 5 × 106 operations and a compact weight of 14 grams, this detector is ideal for position sensing in pneumatic cylinders, automated machinery, and process control systems where reliable, long-lasting performance is essential.
