The 88970043 is a Smart Compact range programmable logic controller featuring a highly visible blue LCD display with 4 lines of 18 characters and configurable backlighting. It supports multiple programming methods including function blocks, SCF (Grafcet), and Ladder, with an 8 KB program memory (Flash EEPROM) capable of storing up to 350 typical blocks or 120 lines in Ladder. The controller operates over an extended temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and provides analog inputs supporting 0-10 VDC, potentiometer, NTC, and LDR inputs, along with digital outputs including relays rated at 8 A. It features selective parameter setting allowing users to choose which parameters can be adjusted on the front panel, and includes comprehensive EMC compliance with CE, UL, and CSA certifications.
