DESCRIPTION

The ATS160SM-1 is a surface-mount quartz crystal designed for precision frequency control in electronic systems. It operates at a fundamental frequency of 16.000 MHz with load capacitance options of 18 pF or 20 pF, providing stable frequency performance over temperature and drive level variations. The crystal features an equivalent series resistance (ESR) maximum of 40 Ohms for the 12–20 MHz frequency range, frequency tolerance of ±30 ppm standard, and frequency stability of ±50 ppm standard. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C (standard) or -40°C to +85°C (extended), with RoHS/Green compliance. The HC-49/US-SM surface-mount package with tape and reel packaging makes it ideal for high-volume production in microprocessor, telecommunications, industrial, consumer electronics, and networking applications requiring reliable, long-term frequency stability.
