8836K6 is a single-pole environmentally sealed positive action toggle switch designed for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. This lever lock switch features an ON-OFF-NONE circuit configuration with the lever in up position providing ON, center position providing OFF, and no connection in the down position. The switch is rated for 28VDC operation with 7A lamp load, 25A resistive load, and 15A inductive load per pole, as well as 115VAC at 400Hz and 60Hz with similar ratings. It meets MIL-DTL-8834 environmental sealing requirements and offers 20,000 cycles at rated load with 40,000 cycles mechanical life. Common applications include aircraft control panels and military equipment where reliable switching with positive make and break action is essential.
