DESCRIPTION
The DAR70505FU is a UL-approved, normally open high-voltage relay from the DA(UL) series designed for high-reliability applications requiring 5kV isolation between contacts. This relay features a 5V DC coil with a must-operate voltage of 3.7V and must-release voltage of 0.5V, delivering fast switching performance with 3.0 ms operate time and 2.0 ms release time when a diode is fitted. The relay employs a high vacuum reed switch with rhodium contact material, providing low contact resistance of 50 mO (typical 15 mO), and supports a maximum switching voltage of 3500V AC peak and maximum switching current of 3A. It is configured for PCB mounting with flying lead HV connections using UL3239 22AWG cable rated for 20kV, making it suitable for cardiac defibrillators, test equipment, and high-voltage power supplies where excellent isolation and reliability are essential.
