DESCRIPTION

BFB1224H-T50R is a DC brushless blower motor designed for continuous operation at 24 VDC with a two-phase, four-pole configuration. The motor delivers a maximum air flow of 0.821 m³/min (29.00 CFM) at zero static pressure and a maximum air pressure of 21.00 mmHg (0.827 inchH2O) at zero airflow, operating at 2500 RPM. It features a plastic frame and impeller (UL 94V-0), two ball bearing system, and operates across a wide voltage range of 7.0 to 27.6 VDC with a rated input current of 0.35 A (maximum 0.53 A) and input power of 8.40 W (maximum 12.72 W). The blower is designed for reliable long-term operation with a life expectancy of 50,000 hours continuous operation at 40°C with 15–65% RH, includes locked rotor protection, polarity protection, and rotation detection capability, making it suitable for thermal management, ventilation, and cooling applications in industrial and consumer electronics.
