DESCRIPTION

The 20311-82 is a 160 Series general-purpose plug-in relay designed for industrial machine control, energy management systems, and control panels. This DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) configuration relay features a 13 Amp contact rating with 3/16" diameter moveable silver cadmium oxide and stationary fine silver contacts, gold flash standard on all contacts. The relay operates with AC coil voltages up to 277 VAC at 60 Hz and DC coil voltages up to 125 VDC, with a Class F coil insulation system rated for 155°C total temperature. It delivers an electrical life of 100,000 operations at rated load and mechanical life of 10,000,000 operations, with dielectric strength of 800 VRMS at 60 Hz between contacts and 2200 VRMS between other elements. The coil is molded in Rynite® PET for environmental protection, and the relay features a unique armature stop that maintains adjustment, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications requiring reliable load switching and long operational life.
