42465 is a Statfree® Z2™ dissipative mat measuring 24" × 48" in blue color, designed to provide a path-to-ground and eliminate static charge generation when used as a worksurface table mat, shelf liner, and cart shelf liner. The mat features a 3-layer heat-fused vinyl composite construction with a 0.125" thickness, comprising a dissipative top layer (1 × 106 < 1 × 10? ohms Rtt), a conductive middle layer (<104 ohms Rtt), and a dissipative cushioned bottom layer that provides energy absorption for shock-sensitive components. The surface resistance meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 worksurface requirements and ANSI/ESD S4.1 recommendations, with a charge decay time of less than 0.01 seconds and Rtg resistance of 1 × 106 < 1 × 10? ohms. The mat exhibits excellent mechanical properties including tensile strength greater than 300 psi, tear strength greater than 80 lbs/inch, and abrasion resistance greater than 750 cycles, with a continuous operating temperature range of -20°F to 140°F. This mat is ideal for ESD workstations, electronics assembly areas, and environments requiring continuous static monitoring and component protection.
