DESCRIPTION

The 515-1151F is a RoHS-compliant angled lightpipe designed to transmit and direct LED light in PCB-mounted applications. The component is molded from clear transmissive polycarbonate (UL 94V-0 grade) and features a polished optical surface with press-fit pins for secure board integration. Key dimensional specifications include a body width of 0.423±0.010 inches, a critical hole diameter of Ø0.076±0.002 inches (2 places), and an angled geometry of 135°±3°. The lightpipe is designed to be pressed directly into the PCB and is compatible with recommended light sources such as RT-angle 1208 package LEDs (0.120 x 0.080 x 0.040 inches high).
