DESCRIPTION

The 515-1351-12-50F is a flat panel mount Optopipe® light pipe designed to transmit light from surface-mount LEDs on a PCB parallel to the front panel. It features a 5mm diameter output with a polished surface and SPI A1 finish, offering a 0.030" (0.76 mm) flat lens profile. The light pipe is precision molded from UL94-V0 water-clear polycarbonate with an oxygen index of 35%, and is secured to the front panel via a press-fit mounting system with a 0.156" ± 0.002" mounting hole. Operating across a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C, this component is ideal for applications requiring low-voltage, low-power LED indication on control panels, instrumentation, and consumer electronics where reliable light transmission and easy installation are essential.
