DESCRIPTION

The 515-1361-1250F is a right-angle vertical panel mount OPTOPIPE light pipe designed to direct LED light from a perpendicular PCB to a front panel indicator. This flat lens variant features a 5mm diameter output with a diffused textured surface finish and is precision molded from RoHS-compliant UL94-V0, water-clear polycarbonate with an oxygen index of 35%. The light pipe has a length (Dim "1") of 1.19 inches (30.23 mm) and a recommended LED position offset (Dim "C") of 0.165 inches (4.19 mm), with a mounting hole diameter of 0.156 inches ± 0.002 inches (3.96 mm ± 0.05 mm). Operating over a temperature range of -0°C to +100°C, it is optimally designed for use with Dialight surface mount LEDs (PLCC-2 and PLCC-4 types) and provides a cost-effective solution for bringing indication to front panels in applications requiring perpendicular PCB-to-panel light transmission.
