DESCRIPTION

553-0113F is a dual-position LED indicator featuring red in position 1 and yellow in position 2, designed for visual status indication in electronic equipment. The device operates at 10 mA per LED with forward voltages of 2.0–2.6 V for red and 2.1–2.6 V for yellow, delivering luminous intensities of 8.7 mcd (red) and 14.5 mcd (yellow) at rated current. The LEDs have dominant wavelengths of 625 nm (red) and 590 nm (yellow), with a 60-degree viewing angle, and are rated for continuous forward current of 30 mA and peak forward current of 90 mA. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +100°C for red and -40°C to +85°C for yellow, with a lead soldering temperature of 260°C. This dual-color configuration is commonly used in control panels, alarm systems, and instrumentation displays where simultaneous indication of multiple status conditions is required.
