The 597-2601-817 is a surface-mount right-angle blue InGaN LED housed in a 1616 package configuration with a non-diffused lens, designed for single-color indicator and display applications. It features a maximum forward current rating of 20 mA and delivers luminous intensity ranging from 90 to 224 candelas at the test current of 20 mA, with a dominant wavelength in the blue spectrum. The device operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and can withstand solder reflow temperatures up to 260°C for 5 seconds. This LED is ideal for compact electronic devices requiring bright, reliable blue indication in space-constrained designs, and is supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly.
