The 597-3401-502F is a micro ED surface mount yellow LED manufactured by Dialight, featuring a peak wavelength of 585 nm and a luminous intensity of 2.2 mcd (minimum) at 20 mA forward current. This LED is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 70 mW and a forward current of 25 mA, with a typical forward voltage of 2.1 V at 20 mA operation. The device offers a wide viewing angle of 104° and operates reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, with storage capability from -40°C to +85°C. It is packaged on 8 mm tape in 7-inch reels (2500 pieces per reel) meeting EIA-481-1 standard, making it compatible with automatic placement equipment and infrared reflow soldering processes.
