DESCRIPTION

The 597-6001-607F is a red, reverse-mount LED in a compact 3.2mm x 1.6mm package with a water-clear lens. It features a typical luminous intensity of 71 mcd when driven with a 10 mA forward current. This AllnGaP-based device has a typical forward voltage of 2.0V, a typical dominant wavelength of 624 nm, and a peak wavelength of 639 nm. With a maximum reverse current of 10 µA and a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, it is designed for reliability in various environments.
