DESCRIPTION

The 597-6901-607F is a white LED indicator featuring an InGaN chip with a yellow lens, optimized for low-power indicator and display applications. Operating at 5 mA forward current, it delivers luminous intensity ranging from 45 to 112 mcd with a forward voltage of 2.7 to 3.15 V and a wide 150° viewing angle. The device is RoHS compliant with gold-plated leads, rated for a maximum DC forward current of 20 mA and peak forward current of 100 mA (1/10 duty cycle), with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. It is supplied on 3000-part reels (7-inch diameter) and is suitable for instrumentation panels, status indicators, and consumer electronics where reliable, low-power illumination is required.
