DESCRIPTION

The 598-8250-107F is a yellow MicroLED SMD LED in a 1206 surface-mount package with non-diffused lens, designed for automatic placement equipment compatibility. It features a compact form factor of 3.2 mm × 1.6 mm × 0.7 mm and is supplied on 7" reels with 4000 pieces per reel in 8 mm tape format. The device exhibits a dominant wavelength of 570–575 nm (typical), forward voltage of 1.8–2.4 V at 20 mA forward current, and luminous intensity ranging from 43–100 mcd. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, thermal resistance of 450 °C/W, and RoHS compliance, this LED is well-suited for indicator applications, status displays, and general-purpose signaling in consumer electronics and industrial equipment.
