DESCRIPTION

The 598-8710-307F is a 0606 SMD RGB LED designed for compact surface-mount applications requiring tri-color light output. It features three integrated LED dies (red, green, and blue) with independent control, offering luminous intensity ranges of 35–100 mcd (red), 260–900 mcd (green), and 60–200 mcd (blue) at 20 mA forward current. The device operates with forward voltages of 1.8–2.4 V (red) and 3.0–3.4 V (green/blue), a maximum reverse current of 10 µA at 5 V, and a viewing angle of 135°. With a peak wavelength of 630 nm (red), 520 nm (green), and 470 nm (blue), this LED is suitable for indicator lights, status displays, and RGB lighting applications. The component is packaged on a 7-inch reel with 4,000 pieces per reel and is rated for operating temperatures from -40°C to +100°C, ensuring reliable performance across diverse environmental conditions.
