DESCRIPTION

The 598-8C90-107F is a blue LED (470 nm) housed in a Mini-PLCC2 surface-mount package designed for high-brightness indicator and display applications. It features a maximum power dissipation of 70 mW, a forward current rating of up to 20 mA, and a peak forward current of 60 mA, with a reverse voltage rating of 5 V.
