DESCRIPTION

KBPC5006FP is a single-phase diode bridge rectifier designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification and power supply applications. It features four diodes in bridge configuration with a maximum rectified output current of 50 A at forced cooling (Tc = 50°C), a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 600 V, and a forward voltage drop of less than 1.1 V at 25 A. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -50°C to +150°C and includes a plastic case with isolated aluminum baseplate for thermal management. With fast-on terminals (FP designation), peak forward surge current capability of 400 A (50 Hz, 10 ms) or 450 A (60 Hz, 8.3 ms), and reverse recovery time of approximately 1500 ns, this rectifier is well-suited for commercial and industrial-grade power conversion applications requiring reliable high-voltage rectification.
