DESCRIPTION

The P600D is a standard recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Diotec Semiconductor, designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 200 V and a surge peak reverse voltage (VRSM) of 200 V, with a maximum average forward rectified current of 6 A at 50°C. The diode exhibits a forward voltage drop of less than 1.0 V at 5 A and less than 1.1 V at 6 A, with a typical reverse recovery time of 1500 ns and a junction temperature range of -50°C to +175°C. The compact package (Ø 8 × 7.5 mm) is smaller than industry standard, and the device is RoHS compliant and suitable for commercial and industrial-grade applications.
