DESCRIPTION

The 482-G111-K1M1-A1S0-3A is a high-performance single-pole thermal circuit breaker designed for extra low voltage wiring systems in vehicles, aircraft, and general-purpose applications. It features threadneck panel mounting with M 12×1 nickel-plated design, screw terminals with metric thread M4, and a thermal trip characteristic of 1.15–1.4 IN. The breaker incorporates a tease-free, trip-free snap action mechanism with push/pull manual actuation and an indicator band showing the tripped/off position. It is rated for 3 A nominal current with a voltage rating of AC 115 V (400 Hz) or DC 28 V, and operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +75°C. This design is ideal for battery-powered machines, process control systems, and tracked vehicle applications where compact, reliable overcurrent protection is essential.
