DESCRIPTION

FP1308R3-R44-R is a high-current, high-frequency power inductor designed for demanding voltage regulation and power conversion applications. This surface-mount device features a 440 nH open-circuit inductance with a 317 nH full-load inductance, rated for peak saturation currents of 37 A at 25°C and 28 A at 125°C, making it suitable for multi-phase regulators and voltage regulator modules. The inductor is housed in a compact 13.4 × 12.7 × 8.0 mm FLAT-PAC package with ferrite core material, operates across a frequency range up to 2 MHz, and maintains a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. It is halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant, with controlled DCR tolerance for precision sensing circuits. Common applications include desktop and server VRMs, data networking systems, graphics cards, and point-of-load modules where high current capacity and low core losses are essential.
