MLVC08V026C280 is a high-energy multilayer varistor designed to absorb transient voltages and provide ESD protection in compact electronic applications. This device features a working voltage of 24 Vdc with a varistor voltage of 17.4 V at 1 mA, delivering rapid response to voltage spikes with a maximum clamping voltage of 58 V at 1.4 A. The component offers 0.3 J energy absorption capability with a peak current rating of 100 A and typical capacitance of 280 pF, making it suitable for protecting sensitive circuits from electrostatic discharge and inductive load transients.
