DESCRIPTION
The ECS-250-20-30B-TR is a miniature SMD crystal oscillator designed for compact wireless applications where board space is critical. It features a 3.2 x 5 mm footprint with an industry-standard package and operates in fundamental mode across a frequency range of 8 to 50 MHz. The device exhibits a frequency tolerance of ±30 ppm at +25°C and frequency stability of ±50 ppm over the operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, with a maximum shunt capacitance of 5 pF and load capacitance of 20 pF. The crystal has a maximum drive level of 100 µW and equivalent series resistance (ESR) that varies by frequency band, ranging from 100 O at 8–9.999 MHz down to 30 O at 24–50 MHz.
