DESCRIPTION
ECS-320-10-37B-CKY-TR is a sub-miniature SMD crystal oscillator designed for compact wireless and portable applications. The device features a 2.0 × 1.6 mm footprint with a 0.45 mm height ceramic package, enabling integration into space-constrained designs. It operates across a frequency range of 16.000 to 96.000 MHz in fundamental mode with a 10 pF load capacitance, frequency tolerance of ±10 ppm at +25°C, and frequency stability of ±10 ppm over the extended temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The crystal exhibits low first-year aging of ±1 ppm maximum, shunt capacitance of 3 pF, and drive level up to 100 µW, with ESR specifications ranging from 150 O (16–19.999 MHz) to 25 O (82–96 MHz).
