The ECS-3951M-160-BN-TR is an industrial-grade SMD clock oscillator designed for high-temperature applications requiring stable frequency generation. It operates at 5V supply voltage with a frequency range of 1.8 to 125 MHz and maintains ±50 ppm frequency stability across the -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. The device features a compact 5 × 7 mm footprint with tri-state control capability, 40/60 output symmetry, and HCMOS-compatible logic levels (VOL at 10% VDD, VOH at 90% VDD). With typical current consumption ranging from 20 mA at 1.8–36 MHz to 65 mA at 100.1–125 MHz, and start-up times between 5 and 15 milliseconds depending on frequency, this oscillator is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and embedded systems operating in demanding thermal environments.
