DESCRIPTION

The RD200 is a refrigerant leak detector designed for identifying leaks in air-conditioning units and cooling systems. It features a heated diode sensor capable of detecting all standard refrigerants, including SF6, HFC, CFC, and HCFCs, as well as other halogen-containing compounds. The device offers user-selectable high and low sensitivity settings, with a high sensitivity of 0.2oz (6g) per year. A 19.8-inch flexible gooseneck provides access to difficult-to-reach locations, and alerts are provided both audibly and visually via a multi-colored LED light bar. This detector is ideal for HVAC technicians and comes as a complete kit with a sensor, leak test bottle, 9V battery, and a hard carrying case for field use.
