DESCRIPTION

The SPA-210-12-004-K is a broadband low noise, high power amplifier designed for operation in the 2.0 GHz to 24 GHz frequency band. It provides a typical gain of 12 dB with a gain flatness of ±0.75 dB and a typical noise figure of 4 dB. The amplifier delivers a typical saturated output power (Psat) of +28 dBm and an output P1dB of +26 dBm. This unconditionally stable, coaxial connectorized amplifier operates from a nominal +12 VDC power supply over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Common applications include test and measurement, communications links, and use as a driver amplifier.
