DESCRIPTION

The STT0638 is an RF termination, also known as a dummy load, designed to absorb incident energy from unused ports in RF and microwave systems. It operates over a wide frequency range from DC to 6 GHz with a 50 Ohm impedance and a low maximum VSWR of 1.2:1. This TNC male load handles up to 2 Watts of continuous wave (CW) input power, which derates linearly to 1W at +125°C, and includes a beaded chain for convenience. With its robust performance, the STT0638 is ideal for various applications, including test and measurement, wireless communications, SatCom, and radar systems, where it helps ensure accurate results and protect sensitive components.
