DESCRIPTION

FTLX3813M354 is a multiprotocol 10Gb/s DWDM XFP optical transceiver designed for long-reach amplified DWDM applications up to 80 km. The module features a temperature-stabilized DWDM EML transmitter operating at 195.4 THz (1534.25 nm center wavelength) on the 100 GHz ITU grid, supporting data rates from 8.5 Gb/s to 11.3 Gb/s. It provides a duplex LC connector interface, hot-pluggable XFP footprint compliance, and integrated digital diagnostic functions for real-time monitoring of temperature, laser bias current, optical power, and supply voltage. The transceiver is optimized for SONET/SDH, 10-Gigabit Ethernet, and Fibre Channel applications, with power dissipation below 3.5 W and operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, making it suitable for carrier-grade DWDM networks requiring high reliability and performance.
