DESCRIPTION

The FLUKE-805/ES is a reliable vibration meter for frontline mechanical troubleshooting, providing repeatable, severity-scaled readings of overall vibration and bearing health. It performs overall vibration measurements for acceleration, velocity, and displacement within a frequency range of 10 Hz to 1,000 Hz. For detailed bearing assessment, it utilizes Crest Factor+ technology in a high-frequency range of 4,000 Hz to 20,000 Hz and includes an integrated Spot IR Sensor for temperature measurements from -20 °C to 200 °C. The meter features on-board memory for up to 3,500 measurements that can be exported via USB for trending and analysis. This device enables confident go-or-no-go maintenance decisions for a wide variety of machines, including pumps, fans, and chillers.
