DESCRIPTION

The 10-1207 is a soldering paste product manufactured by GC Electronics, classified as a solder flux designed for use in electronic assembly and soldering applications. The paste contains zinc chloride (39% by composition) and ammonium chloride as primary active ingredients, along with petrolatum as a carrier base. It is supplied in a corrosive-resistant container with a corrosive-resistant liner and must be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain effectiveness. The product is commonly used in manual and automated soldering processes to facilitate solder wetting, reduce oxidation, and improve joint quality in PCB assembly and component attachment operations.
