DESCRIPTION
The GX11TCC is a 150+ ampere 12–800 VDC hermetically sealed DC contactor featuring GIGAVAC's rugged EPIC seal rated to 175°C for enhanced reliability in demanding environments. It offers a main contact arrangement of SPST-NO with optional auxiliary contacts (SPST-NO or SPST-NC rated at 2A, 24VDC), mechanical life of 1,000,000 cycles, and contact resistance of 0.15–0.3 mO typical. The contactor is designed to meet UL1604 for hazardous locations, IP67 for temporary water immersion, and IP69K for pressure washing, with built-in coil suppression for all DC coils eliminating the need for external suppression components. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +85°C, with storage capability to 150°C, and it withstands shock of 20G peak and vibration of 15G sinusoidal. This contactor is ideal for battery-powered systems, renewable energy applications, and industrial switching where low coil power consumption, hermetic sealing, and high reliability are critical requirements.
