DESCRIPTION

The 70L-ODCB is a dual-channel, fusible DC output module manufactured by Grayhill, designed for industrial control and switching applications requiring optical isolation and transient protection. It features a load current range of 0.02–2.0 A per channel, with a maximum surge current of 5 A for 1 second, and operates with a nominal logic voltage of 5 Vdc (range 4.5–28 Vdc). The module provides 2500 Vrms isolation voltage between field and logic circuits, meets IEEE 472 surge withstanding capability requirements, and includes replaceable 5×20 mm glass fuses (3.15 A OpenLine fuses) with built-in status LEDs. It operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is UL, CSA, CE, and TÜV certified. The 70L-ODCB is ideal for applications requiring dual-channel switching with high reliability, such as programmable logic controller (PLC) output modules, industrial automation systems, and equipment requiring galvanic isolation between control and load circuits.
