DESCRIPTION

The 76SB10T is a 10-position thru-hole DIP switch manufactured by Grayhill, featuring a raised rocker actuator style with a sealed base and spring-and-ball contact mechanism. This switch is designed for applications requiring reliable switching with a mechanical life of 2,000 operations per switch position and supports make-and-break current ratings of 1 mA at 5 Vdc, 50 mA at 30 Vdc, or 150 mA at 30 Vdc. The switch exhibits low initial contact resistance of =30 mO and maintains high insulation resistance of 5,000 MO initially, with a dielectric strength of 750 V AC (RMS) initially. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a current carry rating of 5 A (maximum 20°C rise), the 76SB10T is ideal for industrial control systems, instrumentation panels, and embedded applications where compact, reliable switching is essential.
